Details:
Uses low temperature heating to dehydrate specially selected organic rose petals to retain all nutrients such as polyphenols, anthrocyanins(natural antioxidant), flavonoids, vitamins, rose tannic acid, polysaccharides, etc. Ancient Chinese medicine uses rose to treat digestive disorders, pain from injury, mood alleviator, menstrual irregularities etc.
Uses:
1. Rose tea – brew a few petals of dried rose petals for 2 minute. Watch the wonderful change of color from bluish purple to reddish purple to tea color. Enjoy the sweet scent of a rose farm. Best add honey and/or lemon.
2. Cold drink – soak dried rose petals in cold mineral water for 15 minutes. Add honey, and/or lemon, ice.
3. Creative cuisine in baking, pastries and dishes. Soak with a small amount of water before use.
4. Cut dried rose petal in small pieces. Layer and mix with a jar of honey to make Rose Honey Spread. Perfect as a healthy and delicious spread for bread.
